Counting Small Parts at High Speed with the PTC-C-BPS03

Great for counting fast-moving parts and pieces as small as 5 millimeters, the SenSource PTC-C-BPS03 Automated Parts Counter with Dual LED Display is a photoelectric, horizontal sensor. It accurately counts parts for up to a 3 meter sensing distance and performs high-speed counting with 1 millisecond response time.
The BPS03 is ideal for counting industrial fasteners, opaque bottles, packages, candy production, small metal parts and other miscellaneous small parts. The tiny line powered, photoelectric sensors use a 6-digit LED display that can be programmed to count parts in batches. The display’s programmable outputs may also be used to control external devices to trigger an action at a predetermined count.
